Do I need a WhatsApp Business account? add

No. ApiW4b works with any regular WhatsApp number. Just scan the QR code shown in the panel — no special business account or Meta verification required.

Will my WhatsApp number get banned? add

We recommend using a dedicated number (not your personal number) for API usage. Avoid sending bulk spam. Follow normal WhatsApp usage patterns and your risk is minimal.

How fast are messages delivered? add

Messages are delivered within 1–3 seconds of your API call. There is no queuing delay — the message is sent directly through your connected WhatsApp session.

What happens if the server restarts? add

Sessions automatically reconnect on server restart without requiring a new QR scan, as long as the authentication data is intact. You will typically not notice any interruption.

Can I receive incoming messages? add

Yes — via Webhooks. Register a URL in your dashboard and incoming messages, read receipts, reactions, and group events will be POSTed to your server in real-time with HMAC verification.

Can I cancel anytime? add

Yes. Contact your admin to disable or cancel your plan. There are no long-term commitments unless you specifically sign up for an annual plan.
